Novable (“we”, “us”) runs a service, delivered as a Telegram bot, that creates short vertical videos and publishes them to social media accounts you connect (YouTube and TikTok), only when you ask it to. This policy explains what data we handle and why.
Data we collect
- Telegram identifier. Your Telegram user ID, used to identify you and to control access to the service.
- Content you provide. The video files and links you send, and the titles, descriptions and hashtags you enter, used only to produce and publish your videos. Uploaded and rendered files are stored temporarily and deleted automatically within about 7 days.
- Connected accounts. When you connect a YouTube or TikTok account, we store the access and refresh tokens issued by that platform, encrypted at rest, together with basic account information (account name and identifier) so we can show you which account is connected.
- Statistics. When you ask for statistics, we request views, likes and comments for the videos you published to YouTube through Novable and show them to you.
How we use TikTok and YouTube data
- We use access to a connected account only for actions you explicitly request: identifying the connected account, uploading the videos you choose to publish and, for YouTube, reporting statistics for those videos.
- We do not read your feed, followers, messages or any other private data.
- We never sell your data or platform tokens and never share them with third parties.
Data sharing
We do not share your data with anyone, except sending the content you create to the platform you chose (YouTube or TikTok) to fulfil your publishing request.
This website
This website does not use cookies, analytics or third-party trackers, and it does not load resources from other domains.
Retention and deletion
Video files are deleted automatically after about 7 days. You can disconnect any account at
any time in the bot (the /accounts menu), which deletes the stored tokens for that
account. You may request deletion of all your data by contacting us.
Security
Account tokens are encrypted at rest, and access to them is limited to the operation of the service.
Your rights
You can disconnect any connected account and ask us for a copy or the deletion of your data at any time.
