These terms govern your use of the Novable service (“the Service”), delivered as a Telegram bot that creates short vertical videos and publishes them to social media accounts you connect.
Use of the Service
The Service is provided to users who have been given access, to create and publish their own video content to their own connected accounts.
Your responsibilities
- You must own, or hold all necessary rights to, any content you upload or publish through the Service.
- You must follow the terms and community guidelines of each platform you connect, including the TikTok Terms of Service and the YouTube Terms of Service, as well as applicable law.
- You must not use the Service to publish illegal, infringing or harmful content.
Connected accounts
By connecting a YouTube or TikTok account you authorise the Service to publish content to that account on your behalf, only when you request it. You can revoke this authorisation at any time by disconnecting the account in the bot.
Price and changes
The Service is currently free of charge. Its features may change over time.

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
We may suspend or end access to the Service at any time, in particular for breach of these terms.
