Deleting your data
Disconnect an account in the /accounts menu to remove its authorisation at once. For full deletion, email us and include your Telegram username
Reporting a video
If a video published through Novable infringes your rights, send us a link and we will restrict the account responsible. You can also report it on YouTube or TikTok directly

Quick fixes
The bot does not answer
Your Telegram account is probably not on the access list yet. Write to us and we will check
A video will not upload
Very large files cannot be sent to a bot directly. Share a link to the file from cloud storage instead
Publishing failed
The connection to your account may have expired. Open /accounts and connect it again
The video is not on my channel yet
Check /queue, it may be waiting for its scheduled time. On TikTok, open the notification in the app to finish posting
